Marc Gagnon began working for Floridian Community Bank almost since its inception nearly 5 years ago. It is no surprise that he deserves the honor of Floridian Community Bank’s first Employee of the Quarter Recognition Award. His determination and endless hours of time spent in promoting the bank and its loan offerings is well known throughout the community. The accolades and titles held in many various community organizations are widespread.

Marc hails originally from New Hampshire, and a graduate of Rivier College, but is now a devote Floridian. In 1982 Marc began his banking career in a bank called Indian Head National Bank, which was eventually purchased by Fleet.
What are his views about customer service? “I try to listen to the customer’s needs and help them to the best of my ability. I enjoy greeting and helping everyone in the way I would like to be treated”.
What are his views about Floridian Community Bank, it’s employees and products and services? “Since I’ve worked at Floridian Community Bank there have been a lot of changes for the better, especially as we moved into our new three story building on University Drive. We consider our employees and customers as part of our big family. Our loan products are customized to meet the individual’s needs and our Loan Committee meets locally to respond to those needs”
What are his favorite pastimes and hobbies? “Aside from my love of music, my true calling is to portray my social conscience through the use of my photographic collages, which are now being displayed and exhibited all over the world.
