This new technology is a strong tool for Floridian Community Bank’s business customers, allowing customers to complete their banking needs more quickly and efficiently than traditional banking methods. Remote capture technology presents a very simple cost justification. How long does it take your staff to prepare deposits? How long does it take your staff to drive to the bank? How much is your cost of labor? How much is lost in availability of funds if you don’t reach the bank by 2:00 p.m.? How difficult is it to handle multiple business locations? How much time and money is spent on researching copies of deposited items? Add it all up and after realizing the time and cost justification we expect you to ask…“when can I get my machine?”
